Wrongful Death case. Working mother was fataly injured when a tractor-trailer negligently changed lanes, forcing the plaintiff’s mini-van into oncoming traffic resulting in a head-on collision. After intensive investigation and formal discovery, the case proceeded to jury trial in the Sutter County Superior Court in Yuba City.
