Randel J. Quadros
RETIRED
Randel J. Quadros obtained his law degree from Humphreys College of Law in 1987 and has practiced law since 1988, he is authorized to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of California. Prior to law school, Mr. Quadros earned a M. S. Degree in counseling and psychology from Oregon College of Education and a B. S. Degree in forestry from Oregon State University.
Prior to joining Penney & Associates, Mr. Quadros served as staff counsel for the California State Automobile Association Insurance Bureau for more than 19 years. During his tenure at CSAA he defended personal injury actions, advised and consulted on policy and coverage questions, and litigated fraud cases in the SIU unit. Mr. Quadros has tried and arbitrated countless legal cases, including 35 jury trials that resulted in 31 winning verdicts. He has also worked as an arbitrator and mediator in Sacramento County for the past 16 years.
Mr. Quadros is married, has two adult children and four grandchildren. He is a war veteran, having served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army in Vietnam in 1970. When Mr. Quadros is not working he enjoys exploring ghost towns, historic sites, national parks, and trout fishing.
